The Vancouver Boat Show was kind of bland this year in my opinion, but there was some interesting boats here and there. There were a number of boats representing the new breed of jet boats. Sporting welded aluminum shallow draft hulls, these boats looked pretty popular among spectators. The show was overloaded with white gel coat, but the ski boat contingent blazed a new path with some very versatile new designs. Not enough performance boats showed up, but the economy is not great so I guess these become excessive if the bucks aren't there. Enjoy the images.
